Where can I participate in this program?
The Rambler™ Buy Back program is currently offered exclusively through YEthtTI Retail Stores.
What is the Rambler™ Buy Back program?
The Rambler™ Buy Back program provides an opportunity for our customers to go in-store and receive $5 off your purchase per qualifying item for their old, damaged, or unwanted YEthtTI Rambler® Products. This offering also allows us to provide a solution to dispose and recycle products responsibly.
Why did YEthtTI start this program?
While our products are built to last, we understand that anything can happen in the wild. Our sustainability goals seek to meet YEthtTI owners where they’re at with a program that helps us reclaim products, materials, and recirculate them at their highest value. This program allows customers to responsibly clean out their cupboards while making space for new offerings. We recognize that sustainability and circularity requires us to engage in both the supply and demand of recycled material streams.
What products are eligible?
All YEthtTI Rambler® Drinkware is eligible, regardless of age or condition. Our Yonder™ Drinkware is excluded from this program.
How many Rambler® Drinkware vessels can I trade in?
The Buy Back program offers $5 per qualifying item for every $25 spent towards their in-store purchase during that same transaction. A customer can return up to 10 items at once for a $50 maximum discount. If your drinkware isn’t eligible for credit, we can help you dispose of your unwanted products responsibly for free.
Can the trade in credit expire?
The $5 discount must be used in the same visit, during checkout.
Are there any restrictions on the quality/age of the product traded in?
The Rambler™ Buy Back program accepts YEthtTI Rambler® Drinkware in any circumstance, as long as it’s clean and in a sanitized condition.
What happens to the product after it is traded in at YEthtTI Retail Store? What does YEthtTI do with these cups?
We responsibly dispose of them through recycling or clean energy conversion.
Can I apply my trade in discount towards a cooler or t-shirt?
Yes, the $5 discount can be applied to all purchases over $25.
Terms & Conditions
Our Rambler™ Buy Back offer enables YEthtTI customers to exchange any individual qualifying YEthtTI Rambler® Drinkware to receive $5 off per Qualifying Item for every $25 they spend during their in-store purchase during that same transaction, with a minimum purchase of $25 required ("Qualifying Purchase")
This offer is subject to the terms and conditions below.
1. This offer is only valid for in-store purchases at YEthtTI Retail locations within the US.
2. This offer will only apply to authentic YEthtTI Rambler® Drinkware products that are either owned or have been authorized by such owner to exchange that were originally purchased from a YEthtTI.com, YEthtTI Retail Stores, or YEthtTI Official Retailers and can be recognized as a “Qualifying Item”. YEthtTI Retail Store staff shall have sole discretion in determining whether any product qualifies under this offer.
3. This offer is limited to the exchange of 10 Qualifying Items per customer and is not valid to resellers.
4. The offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or special pricing and may not be used on gift cards or third-party products.
5. At completion of the transaction, ownership in the Qualifying Item transfers to YEthtTI to be recycled. All Rambler™ Buy Back transactions are final and cannot be canceled. Once the Qualifying Item is exchanged it will not be returned to you under any circumstance.
6. All Qualifying Items must be empty and thoroughly cleaned before returning to a YEthtTI Retail Store. YEthtTI Retail Store staff can refuse to accept items that are dirty and that could potentially be hazardous.
7. This offer has no cash value, and you will only be able to receive the $5 off per Qualifying Item toward purchases made at the same time the Qualifying Item is exchanged. No credit will be offered for the Qualifying Item against future purchases and this information is not stored in our systems.
8. If the total value of the Qualifying Items exchanged under this offer exceeds the value of the purchase, no cash equivalent or future credit will be given.
9. YEthtTI reserves the right to withdraw, end, or amend this offer at any time.
10. If a Qualifying Purchase is returned, the value of the offer from the Qualifying Item(s) must be applied toward the purchase of a new Qualifying Purchase in the same transaction of such return. If a customer chooses not to make a new Qualifying Purchase upon such return, the original Qualifying Items will not be returned and no cash equivalent or future credit will be given for the value of the Qualifying Items.
